Chinese noodle is a very famous fast food of all time,
In china noodles are served with food and considered to be an
inseparable part of their traditional food. Noodles have its own
importance in Chinese food, Maximum people don't know that many
varieties of noodles are there which are classified according to
different characteristic like shape, color, softness and thickness.
There are many parameters to classify their type like
the way they are cooked, different ingredients that we use to cook.
There are many ways we can enjoy Chinese noodles like it
can be served with chicken, fried rice, boiled, fried and soup or
gravy. One of the best thing about noodles are that they can be
prepared easily and it takes no time.
There are many varieties of noodles and to explain every
type is not possible for me but some are mentioned below.

noodle, It is prepared by pulling a flour dough in to thin noodles
and some are thin as hair. XinJiang hand-pulled noodles are the most
famous hand-pulled noodles

so long that its hard to find its end. This noodle is generally
served at birthday parties to show the blessing of longevity.
Rice Noodle
Rice noodles are one of the most popular variety of
chinese noodle, rice noodle is made of chinese rice and It taste more
delicious than chinese noodles. There is a wide range of rise noodles
such as cool rice noodles, bean flower rice noodles and brine
noodles.
